IT'S A ONE WOMAN SHOW
Having been trained by Long Ashton Research Centre Alumni Keith Goverd, I do pretty much everything :)

Orchard management, picking and pressing the apples, pasteurising the juice and producing a product loved all over The West Country.

And don't forget the markets, deliveries and just about everything else. It's a lot of work, but I love it!
Apple Juice
LOCAL APPLES | FANTASTIC FLAVOURS
Our apple juices are made from single variety locally sourced English apples.
​
The apples are hand graded to ensure that only sound apples are used in the juice. Because of the seasonality of apples, there may be some variation in flavour and cloudiness from season to season.

Safely pasteurised, our finished products are of the highest standard with a distinctive and crisp taste.
Apple Cider Vinegar
PACKED FULL OF GOOD THINGS
Apple cider vinegar has been used to treat a wide variety of health ailments, from disinfectant to natural preservative.

Our raw apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid as well as bacteria and lactic, citric, and malic acids
